the garden of life

i got one more experience today from a meeting. it's about how first impression can tell you so much of that person. when you meet a person first time and when this is something official then it is a common sense that people shake their hands to greet each other. this is respect. and from that part you get your most impression about that person. and right away she gave me her jelly-soft hand to shake, i was like... ouh. all i could do was to smile. my aunt told me once i was a small kid that this is very important and you have to shake your hand like a man. okay, she was a woman and it doesn't have to be powerful but this hand was too jelly. it was awful. and this means that she doesn't have much respect in me and that i can't trust her. and this is sad. i feel sorry for her being like that.

there are the small things that make the whole thing perfect (close to perfection). once you get those small things, you can add them together and you get something compiled. some parts are the best ones, and of course there will be something bad too. because there is nothing good without the bad.
and there are these small things that make you smile. that make the day happen. it might be just the morning shower, the last cookie you have left from the best jar of cookies ever, it's the "thank you" from your boss, it's the one minute you get to see that person. and that's enough. there's nothing more you'll need from the day. that' it! just one smile. and it brings the smile, happiness and more strength than you need for the day. and these small things can make people happy. wouldn't it be the best way to live your life when you have this moment every day. every day. and you don't need anything more. can you do that?

I'm coming from the same place I'm still running from,
but even sitting in the garden one can still get stung.
