the beginning of something new

i wish you all beautiful and sunny spring time. because today the spring officially started although it's -3 degrees outside it's still beautiful sunshine out there.
i have never understood the dates when some sort of spring or winter start because always they are so incorrect with the weather itself. or does it have anything to do with the weather at all? because every time when spring starts, theres so much snow, it's cold and it's not spring at all. well the birds are singing but sometimes they start already in february and that's definitely wintertime. or is it with us estonians like that the reality and unreality does not be quite the same?
maybe that's it. but then we are special.
