Went to a concert last night. Various estonian artists performed, there were like 10 of them and they singed old and famous estonian songs. Songs that were really popular in the late eighties, nineties and some of them were few years ago very famous but the songs were performed in a bossa nova alike way. Like there was this one really hard rock song and the way one artist it sang, it was just awesome. Can you imagine a rock song turned upside down and performed in a classical 60s jazz way? It was so different but so good in it''s own way. And that''s why this concert was really good and full house of course.
The whole evening day was some-how spontanous. The idea for the concert was actually in our minds long before, but i almost forgot the date because of being so busy. But yesterday i remembered it again and wasn''t that excited about it. It was supposed to be a very normal concert, i wasn''t expecting anything big. And maybe that''s why it was so good too, i mean it surprised me a lot.
After the concert we had some wine and cake in a new lounge-caffee in which Siim is in charge of. And it''s really beautiful.
